Jenifer Klepfer
Lead Instructor

A former dancer and trained yoga teacher, Jenifer has been working with Esther since 2006. She has a deep understanding of the technique and the philosophy behind it that she cannot wait to share with you over the course of the training and beyond. Jenifer believes in the transformative power of the technique and is committed to joyful embodiment - inhabiting our bodies with gratitude and without punishment.

Jenifer has built a committed community of Lotte Berkers and can’t wait to have you join the fold - and help you build your own community of Berkers as well!

Esther Fairfax

Instructor in spirit

Esther, Lotte Berk’s daughter, passed away in April 2024 but is with us in spirit.

Esther and I were friends and colleagues, as well as running teacher training together. Esther will certainly be with us in spirit and I will share with you some of the magic that makes this technique so special.

Esther was a legend. She taught her mother's technique for over 50 years, as well as training teachers, writing numerous books and making appearances in the press and radio.

My quest is to preserve her work and imbue it with her spirit.

Luke Bradshaw
Anatomy Instructor

As a former professional dancer, Luke is now a Sports and Rehab Osteopath. Over the past 15 years Luke’s experience has continuously revolved around the human form, initially in the world of dance, seeing the body as an instrument of expression and art. He then moved into the fitness industry, where movement and the body became the means to foster both physical and mental wellbeing. Most recently, as an Osteopath, he sees the body as the tool through which we engage with the world, working to promote health and pain free movement when our bodies are unable to meet the demands we place upon them. This journey means he bring a wealth of experience and insight to his practice. He is looking forward to bring this experience to your teaching practice as well.
